Job description

About the Team

CorpTech is the internal engineering force multiplier behind Anduril's corporate systems. It drives CorpTech engineering forward through strategic investment in data platforms, software platforms, QA and release excellence, ERP engineering, and AI infrastructure.
We build the foundations that power both CorpOS, enabling Finance and Growth to operate with speed and precision, and ArsenalOS, the digital backbone of Anduril's hardware enterprise. By unifying systems, accelerating development velocity, and embedding intelligence into every layer, CorpTech transforms how the company operates end to end.
We are also driving Anduril toward becoming an autonomous enterprise. Through initiatives like the Autonomous Software Factory, we are rethinking how software is built, tested, deployed, and evolved by integrating AI directly into the engineering lifecycle.
This is not a support function. It is a strategic engine. CorpTech is how Anduril scales its business systems with the same rigor, speed, and adaptability as its mission critical products.

About the Job

As a Software Engineer, New Grad in CorpTech, you will help build Forge, Anduril's production platform, and the software foundations that connect enterprise systems, manufacturing operations, and production-floor workflows. This is an early-career role for engineers with strong fundamentals, demonstrated project or internship experience, high learning velocity, and a desire to build software that supports mission-critical operations.

What You'll Do
  • Participate in a rotational program that tours across Quality Engineering, Software Engineering, and Security Engineering.
  • Deliver well-scoped features for Forge, Anduril's production platform, with mentorship and feedback from senior engineers.
  • Build high-quality code and tests across frontend, backend, APIs, data models, and internal tools.
  • Leverage frontier AI tooling for development and contribute to the local Forge harness.
  • Partner with the factory floor to enable high-rate builds of Roadrunner, Fury, and other Anduril products.
  • Learn production operations by supporting Forge and production-floor workflows with the team.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with systems architecture, software product and design, factory systems, and production digital tools.
  • Build reliable APIs, data models, and user experiences that connect ERP, production, and manufacturing workflows.
  • Bring curiosity, urgency, and craftsmanship to ambiguous problems where software directly changes how the company operates.
Required Qualifications
  • Recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Demonstrated software engineering experience through internships, co-ops, research, open-source contributions, capstone projects, hackathons, or substantial personal projects.
  • Strong software engineering fundamentals, including data structures, algorithms, debugging, testing, code review, and maintainable implementation.
  • Hands-on experience with one or more modern programming languages such as TypeScript, JavaScript, Python, Java, Go, or similar.
  • Exposure to web applications, APIs, SQL or relational databases, frontend frameworks, backend services, or data-backed product development.
  • Ability to learn quickly, ask good questions, receive feedback, and move from clear requirements to working software.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with engineers, cross-functional partners, and operational stakeholders.
  • U.S. Person status is required as this position needs to access export controlled data.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Internship, co-op, research, or project experience building software used by real users or operated in real-world conditions.
  • Experience with modern web technologies, SQL/Postgres, relational databases, JavaScript, React, TypeScript, or frameworks such as React or NextJS.
  • Familiarity with frontier AI tooling, AI coding assistants, and AI-enabled software development workflows.
  • Experience in fast-paced project environments, with demonstrated success balancing speed, ambiguity, and quality.
  • Familiarity with manufacturing systems, production platforms, factory-floor tools, ERP, MES, WMS, CRM, finance systems, or manufacturing systems.
  • Eligible to obtain and maintain a U.S. Secret security clearance.
