As a Product Sales Manager - Paper Process Parts (PEP), you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies and plans for the assigned products, services, and parts in the Southeast Territory. This candidate will Maintain our CRM (Customer Relation Management) System - COMPASS, involving "Cadence and Rigor" for account management of the Territory - tasks, opportunities, visit reports, quotes, contacts, orders, etc.

An effective communicator with well-developed problem solving and planning facilitation skills will allow the right candidate to be successful in this role. Demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills which are supportive of a collaborative working environment. You should have well developed professional written and verbal communication skills and the ability to develop and facilitate training for a team. .

Some of your responsibilities:

  • Identifying and contacting potential customers and establishing long-term relationships
  • Providing technical and commercial support and solutions to customers and prospects
  • Conducting "day to day" commercial negotiations and discussions related to your products and services with customers
  • Coordinating with internal teams such as customer service. engineering, product managers, global supply, and marketing to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Monitoring market trends, competitors, and customer feedback and providing feedback to the product development team.
  • Travel is required for this job.
