An internship at a proprietary trading firm is a temporary position, usually for students or recent graduates, where you gain hands-on experience in the trading industry. Interns typically learn about financial markets, trading strategies, risk management, and may work with experienced traders on real or simulated trading desks. These internships are highly competitive and provide valuable exposure to fast-paced trading environments, data analysis, and financial modeling. Successful interns often receive offers for full-time positions after graduation.
