On a day-to-day basis our Analysts:* Provide critical support during all phases of transaction execution* Build financial models and perform valuation analyses* Coordinate transaction due diligence* Conduct industry- and company-specific research* Interface directly with clients and senior bankers* Develop a versatile skillset that will serve as a strong foundation for achieving career goalsA successful candidate will possess the following characteristics:* Prior experience in investment banking or a related financial field preferred; recent graduates with relevant internships or coursework will also be considered.* Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, economics, or other related degrees required* Strong work ethic, with an ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multi-task, and learn quickly* Detail-oriented and analytical mindset* Strong verbal and written communication skills* Previous experience with financial modeling or formal training* Positive attitude with a desire to work with and contribute to the culture of a close-knit team* U.S. work eligibility is required. Candidates must be work authorized in the United States on a full-time basis without the need for employer sponsorship now or in the future. Placement within this range is dependent upon level of experience, location and other factors.
