Report results to RJGTo help analyze & evaluate the finances of memberships in relation to the golf club becoming private club or remaining semi-privateTo oversee the pub on a daily basis working along with pub employees. Report results daily to RJGTo oversee the banquet sales and operations on a daily basis working along with the banquet director. Setting and maintaining daily, weekly & monthly sales goals. Report results to RJG.Monitor and suggest plans to become totally private or semi-private.To implement new ideas and projects, which encourage maximum participation in all club activities.Ensure that education and teaching programs are conducted for all employeesBe responsible for overall scheduling for all above departments to ensure no conflicts.To direct, manage, and administer the staff and all managers to maximize customer satisfaction and esprit’ décor.Conduct weekly managers & BEO meetings.Ensure managers conduct regular meeting with their staff.Conduct annual employee evaluations including the use of a performance rating sheet and setting performance objectives.Be responsible for hiring, scheduling, disciplining, and/or terminating employees according to RJG policies and procedures. Establish wage rates for employees.Ensure that golf teaching and educations programs are available to our members and guests to maximize the use of the driving range.Ensure the optimum use of the Tee Sheet on a daily basisCreate an increased public interest in golf for males and females of all age groupsParticipate in any reorganization, development or change in golf course structureBe responsible for membership development and maintenance of membership records and files.Ensure that the ordering, pricing and displaying of quality pro shop merchandise is done in a timely and cost-effective manner along with the director of golf.Ensure that members and guests adhere to club policies and/or regulations.Maintain the constant cleanliness and organization of the club from the kitchen, offices, public areas, cart barn, maintenance building, outdoor and dumpster areas.Maintain food cost and liquor beverage costs.Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen, pub and banquet facility in order to provide sanitary conditions for guests & employees.Maintain ordering policies for food & beverage to ensure all food from the menu is available at all timesDevise and control purchasing policies and procedures; establish inventory levels on a timely basis. Prepare related reports and records.Present to RJM an annual operating and capital budget (preliminary due by October 1) and to manage the club’s operations within the approved budgetRecommend policies to strengthen the financial position of the clubMaintain cooperation with the community officials and develop a strong awareness with the people of the community.Be current on development in the world of golf and F&B and present the facility as being a leader in positive innovation.Qualifications:Must possess an upbeat personality that will make people feel welcome and that reflects favorable on the facility. Including public speaking skills as well as personal human relations abilities.
