We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented PWM Marketing Designer to help create high-quality visual assets that support PWM marketing campaigns, client communications, events, presentations, and digital experiences.
Role Summary
As a PWM Marketing Designer, you will support the development and production of compelling, brand-aligned creative assets across digital, print, presentation, and event channels. You will work as part of a collaborative marketing team, applying established brand guidelines and design systems while contributing fresh ideas and thoughtful execution. The role requires strong organizational skills, comfort managing multiple priorities, and the ability to produce accurate, high-quality work in a fast-paced, professional environment.
Key Responsibilities
  • Design and produce high-quality, brand-aligned creative assets across digital, print, presentation, email, social, event, and internal marketing channels.
  • Create client-facing presentations, pitch materials, one-pagers, fact sheets, email graphics, invitations, agendas, signage, banners, name badges, event programs, digital displays, and other PWM marketing collateral.
  • Translate campaign themes, event concepts, and business objectives into polished visual communications appropriate for a private wealth management audience.
  • Adapt creative concepts into multiple formats and channel-specific executions while maintaining consistency across PWM touchpoints.
  • Support image sourcing, editing, retouching, formatting, and preparation of print-ready files.
  • Partner with marketers, writers, business stakeholders, compliance reviewers, event teams, vendors, and senior designers to deliver effective creative solutions.
  • Incorporate creative direction, stakeholder feedback, approved copy updates, and compliance comments accurately and efficiently.
  • Manage multiple design requests simultaneously, communicate project status clearly, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Apply Goldman Sachs brand standards, visual identity guidelines, accessibility considerations, and design best practices across all deliverables.
  • Review materials for formatting consistency, visual accuracy, hierarchy, readability, content placement, and production readiness.
  • Maintain organized files, templates, assets, and version control.
  • Contribute ideas and design recommendations that improve clarity, engagement, and visual impact.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
  • 1 to 3 years of professional design experience, including internships, agency experience, in-house design, or financial services marketing experience.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating design fundamentals, visual storytelling, layout, typography, hierarchy, and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
  • Experience designing presentations in Microsoft PowerPoint.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and standard office productivity tools.
  • Familiarity with Figma or similar collaborative design tools.
  • Ability to work across both digital and print formats.
  • Familiarity with email marketing design and digital campaign assets.
  • Basic understanding of responsive design principles for web and email.
  • Experience preparing files for print production and coordinating with production vendors.
  • Experience working within established brand guidelines and compliance review processes.

Skills and Attributes
  • Strong design judgment and command of graphic design fundamentals, including typography, layout, grids, color, composition, and content hierarchy.
  • Ability to translate complex or technical information into clear, visually engaging communications.
  • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
  • Resourceful, proactive, and comfortable solving design challenges independently.
