Job description

The Atlanta Gladiators are seeking highly motivated, creative, and enthusiastic interns to join our Graphic Design team. This internship is a great opportunity for students or recent graduates looking to gain hands-on experience in graphic design and brand storytelling within the fast-paced world of the ECHL. Interns will work closely with the Atlanta Gladiators on a wide range of design and marketing projects. Finalists will be contacted for interviews.
Goals:
Develop sports branding skills
Build a portfolio of real-world work
Collaborate in a fast-paced creative environment
Responsibilities:
  • Design graphics for print and digital use
  • Create motion graphics for social content, website needs, and in- arena use
  • Engage in creative brainstorming sessions
  • Assist in design planning for various projects including marketing campaigns and promotional assets
  • Collaborate with the Gladiators staff and marketing team to revise and refine creative assets
  • Support the planning and execution of social media campaigns
  • Assist with website updates and basic web design tasks
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects) and Microsoft Office
  • Ability to work on multiple projects, meet deadlines, and maintain brand consistency
  • Strong attention to detail, including spelling, grammar, and layout design
  • Self-motivated and willing to take initiative
  • Excellent organization and communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
  • Passion for sports and design; familiarity with hockey, video, or photography is a plus
    Compensation:
  • This is a non-paid internship. If an intern needs school credit, they can receive hours.
