Job description

TITLE: Trusts & Estates Practice Development Manager
LOCATION: New Jersey, New York or Florida Offices

JOB SUMMARY:
NJ based law firm with multiple regional offices seeks a Trust and Estate Practice Development Manager with Five (5+) years of experience to join our New Jersey, New York or Florida offices.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Organization of and monitoring the status of estate planning clients
  • Keeping track of when retainers are sent and received from clients, once retainer received knowing the assigned attorney and following the status of the drafting process,
  • Keeping track of when documents are forwarded to clients, and following up to ensure documents are executed.
  • Candidates must be highly organized and possess the ability to prioritize, be a team player, and have excellent written and verbal skills.
  • College degree preferred.
