Geneva - 12 month internship
Immediate/Summer starting
As our Sales Intern, you will support the Sales team in driving the commercial performance of some of the world's leading beauty brands across the Travel Retail Europe & Africa region.
You will gain hands-on experience in a dynamic international environment and discover what drives the beauty industry forward. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will contribute to key commercial projects and support business growth through your analytical skills, proactivity and autonomy.
Your main responsabilities:
Data Analysis & Reporting
Prepare monthly Sell-Out analyses and business performance reports for key accounts
Update and maintain commercial trackers and reporting tools
Track and benchmark prices across Travel Retail and local markets
Monitor and consolidate promotional plans and promotional performance
Prepare weekly and monthly reports for product launches and collections
Conduct ad hoc business analyses to support commercial decision-making
Sales Account Support
Update retailer masterdata for new product launches and coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely product listings
Assist in the listing of novelties and manage product assortment files
Prepare launch toolkits and commercial materials for the Sales team
Handle retailer information requests (product data, visuals, reference updates, etc.)
Organize and coordinate the execution of retailer events and animations
Support account management activities through ad hoc commercial analyses and presentations
Coordinate office orders and support day-to-day business operations
Merchandising & Commercial Operations
Support the management of POS materials, GWPs, testers and samples, ensuring timely availability for commercial activations
Maintain trackers for POS materials, GWPs, testers and samples to ensure visibility and timely execution
Coordinate POSM and collection collateral shipments for product launches and store openings
Maintain price lists and commercial databases
Support cross-functional projects with Merchandising, Marketing, Supply Chain and Finance to ensure smooth execution of commercial initiatives

The team consists of 4 Area Sales Manager and 1 Key Account Manager and you will work closely together with several departments such as Merchandising, Marketing, Training and Finance.
YOU ARE A COTY FIT
You are passionate about beauty and sales. As a SALES INTERN, you enjoy stakeholder management at corporate and store level, and you get energy from working in a fast-paced, diverse and international environment. Other than that, you:
Strong collaboration and leadership skills required
Strong analytic and excel skills
Proactive, autonomous, and enthusiastic learner with strong communication skills
Excellent written and spoken communication
Language: Fluent English
University or Business School Graduate
Experience in sales, trade marketing, and Beauty & Travel Retail experience a plus
