The Opportunity:
  • Start your engineering career integrating GEOINT capabilities for the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA).
  • Work on-site at a Government facility with direct exposure to real mission systems and users.
  • Learn systems integration hands-on - deployments, interfaces, troubleshooting - with senior engineers guiding you.
  • Contribute to capabilities that directly support national security objectives.

Responsibilities:
  • Support deployment of software releases into test and production environments under senior guidance.
  • Assist with interface integration, data validation, and system checkout activities.
  • Help troubleshoot integration issues and document findings and resolutions.
  • Maintain integration documentation, configuration records, and runbooks.
  • Support environment monitoring and release readiness activities.
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies as part of a cross-functional team.
  • Follow established integration processes, checklists, and security practices.

Qualifications:
Required:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline (equivalent experience accepted).
  • 0-3 years of technical experience (academic, internship, or professional).
  • Foundational knowledge of Linux, networking, or system administration concepts.
  • Familiarity with scripting (Python, Bash) or automation concepts.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow established processes.
  • Ability to work on-site at a Government facility.
  • Security Clearance (TS/SCI) with willingness to undergo polygraph examination.

Desired:
  • Exposure to databases, APIs, or web technologies.
