Before You Apply

We're intentionally looking for sports card hobbyists.

To help us learn more about your background, email Tom at tom@ontimetalent.com with:

• A summary of your sports card experience (collecting, buying, selling, grading, breaking, Whatnot, eBay, card shows, etc.)

• Your favorite products, teams, players, or cards to collect

• Any shipping, warehouse, inventory, fulfillment, or logistics experience

Applicants who include their sports card background will receive priority consideration. Passion for the hobby is one of the biggest factors in our hiring process.

We're Building More Than a Sports Card Company. We're Building a Team of Hobby Fanatics.

Walk through our doors and you'll hear conversations about rookie quarterbacks, PSA submissions, Topps Chrome, National Treasures, Bowman Draft, case hits, and the latest Whatnot shows.

This isn't the type of place where people simply clock in and clock out.

It's a workplace built by collectors, for collectors.

The people who succeed here are the ones who already spend their evenings watching breaks, checking eBay sold listings, following product releases, and debating which prospects are going to explode next season.

If sports cards are already a huge part of your life, you'll fit in immediately.

What You'll Do

Prepare thousands of sports cards for shipment while ensuring every package reflects the level of care collectors expect.

Sleeve, top load, one-touch, team bag, sort, organize, and securely package valuable collectibles.

Ship orders accurately through USPS, UPS, and FedEx while maintaining exceptional quality standards.

Handle premium cards with extreme care, including autographs, low-numbered parallels, graded cards, and one-of-one collectibles.

Maintain organized inventory of singles, sealed wax, graded cards, supplies, and incoming product.

Support breakers and operations by helping prepare products for upcoming live streams.

Help us maintain one of the fastest and most accurate shipping operations in the hobby.
