Job description

As the Head of Content Strategy within PNC's Asset Management Group Investment Office organization, you will be based in Philadelphia, PA.
Responsibilities include:
Lead the strategic marketing and communications team supporting PNC Asset Management Group, including Institutional Asset Management, Private Bank, and PNC Capital Advisors.
Oversee the production of standard collateral materials, develop new materials, author topical white papers, and manage selected vendor relationships.
Formulate and implement strategic initiatives to enhance the visibility of PNC's Asset Management expertise within the organization and externally.
Manage the production of a wide range of materials in accordance with strict service level agreements (SLAs).
Identify opportunities to optimize production processes and leverage technology to improve efficiency and expand audience reach.
Assess the effectiveness of existing materials through data collection, analysis and engagement with stakeholders, enabling informed decision-making.
Develop materials in support of business development efforts for both Institutional Asset Management and Private Bank, including topic selection, collaboration with subject matter experts, drafting content, and incorporating stakeholder feedback.
Support the reporting requirements of the Investment Office (for both internal audiences and external - ie: OCC)
Manage the legal and compliance (L&C) review processes associated with collateral production; develop strong partnerships with L&C partners
Preferred skills and experience:
Demonstrated expertise in investment and financial services
Proven capacity to oversee multiple projects concurrently while meeting rigorous deadlines
Strong understanding of legal and compliance requirements related to marketing investment management services
Exceptional attention to detail
Skilled at cultivating effective working relationships with executive-level colleagues; possesses a deep understanding of each team's business to serve their needs efficiently

  • Directs Strategic Planning team to execute enterprise initiatives, including analysis, oversight and support for solution development.
  • Identifies strategic opportunities that add value to the enterprise and/or multiple line of businesses and to achieve business goals.
