Los Angeles and San Francisco, CA Plastic Surgery Openings
Plastic Surgery and Medspa is large and fast growing
The medspas feed surgical referrals to its ASC centralized CA location- grew over 41% last year.
Client has an Asian patient-centric focus. Over 80% of its surgical patients are Asian, including Chinese, Korean, Thai, and Vietnamese. The practice focuses surgically on the Asian face, nose, brow and mandible procedures. Increasingly, this Asian centric patient base has increasingly opted also for breast and body procedures.
Given the growth of its medspa satellites and increased demand for surgical procedures from its patient base, the Practice has an immediate need for additional plastic surgeons and facial plastic surgeons for both its Los Angeles and San Francisco hubs. Currently, these surgical procedures are being performed in Los Angeles.
Los Angeles/ Costa Mesa Location: This location has a need for up to 2 more plastic surgeons who individually or collectively can serve patients desiring facelifts, rhinoplasties, endobrow lifts and mandible and mallar reductions, breast and body surgeries
San Francisco: This location has a need for up to 1 more plastic surgeon who can serve patients desiring facelifts, rhinoplasties, endobrow lifts and mandible and mallar reductions, breast and body surgeries.
The practice has satellite locations. It recently opened up its new satellite in downtown San Francisco and has also built out a Triple A SF ASC at another prominent location. The practice is building out a state-of-the-art operating and management services facility in another location and will move its ASC operations in Q2 next year to this site.
Candidate Criteria:
Fully boarded certified by either the ABPS or the AAFPRS
Preferably surgical experience with Asian patients
Compensation:
Conmpetitive Base Salary
Incentive Compensation monthly based on production
Overall, a 30% total compensation based on Surgeon fees generated
Practice expects with current surgical demand new employed surgeons to generate on a run rate basis over $150K to 200K per month in surgical fees
Health care insurance individual paid 100% by Practice after 90 days
Long term Incentive Option (SARs) program eligibility after 1 year of employment with the Practice
