Warehouse Associate

AAA USA is actively hiring experienced Warehouse Associate to support warehouse, logistics, and distribution operations in Commack, New York. We are seeking dependable professionals with experience in material handling, inventory control, shipping and receiving, and forklift operation in fast-paced warehouse and manufacturing environments.

Essential Functions:

  • Operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts to safely move, load, unload, and transport materials throughout the warehouse.
  • Receive, inspect, and store incoming inventory while verifying accuracy against shipping documentation.
  • Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment in accordance with quality and shipping requirements.
  • Perform inventory counts, cycle counts, stock replenishment, and inventory adjustments as needed.
  • Use RF scanners, warehouse management systems (WMS), and inventory software to accurately track materials and inventory movement.
  • Package products securely to prevent damage during storage and transportation.
  • Prepare shipping documentation and assist with outbound shipments.
  • Load and unload trucks while ensuring safe material handling practices.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment in accordance with OSHA and company safety standards.
  • Support daily warehouse operations while meeting productivity, quality, and customer service expectations.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Previous warehouse, distribution, logistics, or material handling experience preferred.
  • Previous forklift operating experience required; valid forklift certification or the ability to obtain certification preferred.
  • Experience using RF scanners, warehouse management systems (WMS), or inventory software is a plus.
  • Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds or more.
  • Basic math, inventory, and recordkeeping skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
  • Must be eligible to work in the United States.
