The Opportunity
As an Oracle Fusion Field Service Implementation Director, you will lead the implementation and configuration of Oracle's suite of applications, focusing on managing the entire customer journey from lead generation to revenue realization. Within our Digital Core Modernisation practice, you will work with Oracle's tools to enhance client operations and drive strategic objectives. As a Director, you will set the strategic direction and lead business development efforts, making impactful decisions and overseeing multiple projects while maintaining executive-level client relations. You will be instrumental in driving business growth, shaping client engagements, and mentoring future leaders, all while upholding PwC's reputation for quality, integrity, and inclusion.
In this role at PwC, you will develop new ideas and solutions, promote technological advances, and create an environment where people and technology thrive together. You will identify market gaps and convert opportunities into successes for the firm, adhering to professional and technical standards. Your leadership will foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation, maximizing client satisfaction and leveraging the collective strength of the PwC Network.
Responsibilities
- Leading the implementation and configuration of Oracle Fusion Field Service solutions to optimize client operations

What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 8 years of experience
What Sets You Apart
- Preference for a Master's or Masters of Business Administration degree in at least one of the following fields of study: Business Administration/Management, Marketing, Commerce, Finance, Management Information Systems, Computer and Information Science
- Demonstrating proficiency in Oracle Field Services Cloud (OFSC)

Job Posting End Date

The salary range for this position is: $155,000 - $410,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
