Job description

Job Title: ERP Team Lead - Oracle EBS Finance Functional Consultant
Location: Tallahassee, FL 32308
Project: ERP Integration Project
Pay Rate: $80-$90/hr on Agama W2 or C2C
NEED DL FOR SUBMISSION
Job Summary:
The Client is seeking an experienced ERP Team Lead to serve as an Oracle EBS Finance Functional Consultant, leading the financial workstream under the direction of the assigned Project Manager. The consultant will be responsible for the successful delivery of project objectives, including integration, documentation, testing, and user enablement.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Facilitate Joint Application Development (JAD) sessions to capture and document detailed business and system requirements
  • Analyze and translate business processes into comprehensive functional specifications
  • Prepare project documentation including business/technical requirements, design documents, use cases, test plans, RTMs, and change logs
  • Execute system testing and track defects; assist in UAT and provide user training
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure expectations are met and deliverables are completed on schedule
  • Transfer knowledge to internal maintenance/support teams

Mandatory Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related IT field
  • Minimum of 7 years' experience with Oracle EBS R12 Finance (GL, AR, SLA)
  • Expertise in designing and restructuring General Ledger Chart of Accounts (CoA)
  • Strong SQL skills and experience with Oracle AIM/OUM documentation standards (e.g., BR100, MD50)
  • In-depth understanding of Oracle APIs, integration points, and key financial module data structures
  • Demonstrated ability to lead full-cycle ERP projects from requirements through post-production support
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, business analysis, and documentation skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively across multiple stakeholders and priorities

Preferred Skills:
  • Degree in Finance, Business Administration, or equivalent work experience
  • Experience with additional Oracle Financial modules (Cash Management, Accounts Payable, Fixed Assets)
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Teams, SharePoint, Visio)
