  • KPMG is currently seeking a Manager, Oracle Data &Analytics in Enterprise Solutions for our Consulting practice.
Responsibilities:
  • Lead the implementation and configuration of Oracle FusionData Intelligence (FDI), Oracle AI Data Platform (AIDP), and Oracle AutonomousData Lakehouse (ADL) to support our Smart Data Platform offering, following theKPMG approach to meet and exceed client requirements
  • Provide technical expertise and guidance on Oracle FDI,AIDP, and ADL architecture, data modeling, and best practices in support of theKPMG SDP offering.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their businessobjectives, data sources, and analytic and AI requirements
  • Design and develop custom data marketplace, data products,and analytics & AI solutions using Oracle tools
  • Develop documentation, training materials, and knowledgetransfer sessions for clients and internal teams, while staying updated on thelatest Oracle features, enhancements, and industry trends, and collaboratingwith KPMG functional teams to understand the impacts of business processes
  • Act with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to uphold KPMG's respectful and courteous work environment
Qualifications:
  • Minimum five years of recent experience with Fusion DataIntelligence (FDI) across one or more of Finance, Supply Chain, and HumanCapital Management subject areas; experience with Oracle AI Data Platform(AIDP), and Oracle Autonomous Data Lakehouse (ADL) is preferred.
  • MBAor MIS from an accredited college or university is preferred. Minimum of a Bachelor's degree is required.
  • Project management skills to address tasks, deliverables,issues, risks and management of onshore analysts and offshore development team;understanding or implementation experience of Oracle SaaS modules and generalbusiness processes across either ERP, HCM, or SCM a plus
  • Excellent communication skills to lead and facilitate Analyticrequirements and strategy meetings with a proven track record of leadingsuccessful Oracle Fusion Data Intelligence implementations from concept tocompletion; able to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-pacedconsulting environment
  • Ability to travel as needed
