Oracle EBS Consultant job at Tekshapers Inc. Birmingham, AL.

Oracle EBS Consultant

Location : Birmingham, AL (Onsite role)

Duration : Permanent

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide techno-functional support for Oracle EBS modules such as Financials (AP, AR, GL, FA), SCM, and Procurement.
  • Analyze business requirements and translate them into Oracle EBS/Fusion solutions.
  • Develop and maintain PL/SQL scripts, interfaces (Inbound/Outbound), reports (BI Publisher, XML), and customizations.
  • Support data migration, integration, and testing efforts during Fusion implementation or co-existence scenarios.
  • Collaborate with business users, developers, and project managers to deliver high-quality ERP solutions.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues in Oracle EBS and Fusion environments.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in Oracle EBS techno-functional roles.
  • Strong knowledge of Oracle EBS R12 architecture and modules and Production support in on-site offshore model
  • Experience as onsite lead for EBS Production support
  • Hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Applications (Cloud Financials, Procurement, or SCM).
  • Proficiency in PL/SQL, Oracle Forms/Reports, Workflow, and APIs.
  • Experience with Fusion tools such as OTBI, BI Publisher, FBDI, ADFDI, and REST/SOAP Web Services.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Oracle certifications in EBS or Fusion Cloud.
  • Experience in AIM/OUM methodologies.
  • Exposure to Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) or other middleware tools.
  • Knowledge of data security, roles, and permissions in Oracle Cloud.
