The internship provides hands-on exposure to industry standards, digital tools, and workflow processes, helping participants build relevant skills for a career in pattern making or fashion design. Online internships also offer flexibility and the opportunity to collaborate with professionals from different locations.

As an Online Pattern Making intern, you'll typically assist with developing digital patterns for garments, adapting existing templates, and supporting the design team in refining prototypes for production. Collaboration is often remote and involves regular communication with designers, technical developers, and sometimes manufacturers, using digital platforms to share files and feedback. You may also participate in virtual meetings, contribute to digital fitting sessions, and learn to use industry-standard software like CLO 3D or Adobe Illustrator. • Utilize AI/LLM tools to enhance productivity and accelerate solution development
  • Identify and quantify value creation opportunities across the business
  • Validate solutions with stakeholders and refine based on feedback
  • Support the development of scalable tools and approaches within the Value Office framework

  • Understanding of machine learning techniques (regression, forecasting, pattern recognition)
  • Interest in and practical use of LLMs / generative AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT)
  • Ability to work with messy, incomplete, real-world datasets
  • Strong problem-solving mindset with a focus on impact and execution
  • Excellent communication skills; ability to translate technical insights into business language
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and across teams

Preferred Qualifications

Additional Requirements
