Job description

The Angell Animal Medical Center (AAMC) in Boston, MA is seeking applicants who are licensed veterinarians with experience in dentistry to join our dental team.
The MSPCA-Angell Dentistry team has been proud to provide quality oral health care to pets and education to clients and veterinarians since 1998. The Dentistry department has been specifically designed for Angell and has recently been completed. If Dentistry is your passion come join our busy ever growing team!
REQUIREMENTS
Applicants for this position must hold a current Veterinary License in the state of MA. AVDC Board Certified or Board Eligible is preferred but will consider veterinarians with experience in dentistry.
ABOUT AAMC
Angell has served the great Boston and New England area as a primary care facility, a 24-hour emergency hospital, and as a tertiary referral center for close to a century. A premier institution that boasts a veterinary staff composed of 54 senior staff members, 20 interns, and 17 residents (ECC, cardiology, surgery, internal medicine), and 7 specialty interns. Angell offers specialists in the areas of anesthesia, avian and exotic medicine, cardiology and cardiac surgery, dentistry, dermatology, diagnostic imaging, emergency and critical care, internal medicine, neurology and neurosurgery, nutrition, oncology and radiation oncology, ophthalmology, anatomic and clinical pathology, and surgery.
Angell offers a state-of-the-art hospital containing a critical care unit, an avian/exotic ward, an intermediate care ward, numerous general care and isolation wards, a well-stocked blood bank, 7 surgical suites, a dentistry suite, cardiac cath lab, a Varian TrueBeam linear accelerator, hemodialysis/hemoperfusion, mechanical ventilation, and interventional radiology. Angell's Diagnostic Imaging Center has onsite MRI, CT, and fluoroscopy. We have a very diverse staff that work collaboratively and practice progressive and up to date medicine.
