Job description

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce is hiring a Gaming Insights Engineer to support our enterprise computer technology and hardware client's Gaming Solutions Business in Spring, TX.
In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing cutting-edge artificial intelligence systems that power the intelligent behaviors and decision-making processes of characters and entities within our Gaming Solutions Business.
Responsibilities:
* Develop and optimize AI algorithms and systems to create realistic, engaging, and challenging game experiences for players
* Stay up to date with the latest advancements in game AI, machine learning, and related technologies, and explore innovative approaches to enhance the intelligence and responsiveness of game characters and entities
* Build and configure AI agents using the OpenClaw open-source framework, Develop and maintain custom OpenClaw Skills
* Analyze social and community data using Sprinklr to identify trends, recurring issues, sentiment shifts, and emerging topics related to gaming PCs, peripherals, and software experiences
* Create actionable insights from Sprinklr dashboards by synthesizing data across sources (Reddit, X, YouTube, forums) and translating findings into clear recommendations for Product, Engineering, and Marketing teams
* Build and maintain custom Sprinklr queries, dashboards, and reports focused on gaming performance, device issues, feature feedback, and competitive benchmarking
* Monitor, test, and troubleshoot AI agent performance, including agentic loop behavior, tool-call chains, and session memory persistence
* Conduct end-to-end product reviews and evaluate to ensure high quality Gaming Experience from a gamer's perspective
* Resolve issues and provide solutions with R&D for gaming products
* Interact with users and influencers on social media
REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or Related Field
* 5+ years of experience with gaming products
* 5+ years as a PC gaming enthusiast or serious gamer
* Hands-on experience with OpenClaw or similar open-source AI agent frameworks (e.g., LangChain, CrewAI, AutoGPT)
* Familiarity with NVIDIA NemoClaw or NVIDIA Agent Toolkit components
* Experience in game development, with a strong understanding of game engines (e.g., Unity, Unreal Engine) and programming languages (e.g., C++, C#, Python)
* Understanding of LLM APIs and model-agnostic architectures (OpenAI, Anthropic, NVIDIA NIM, Ollama)
* Proficient in the design and implementation of AI algorithms, including pathfinding, decision-making, and machine learning techniques
* Passion for gaming and a deep understanding of game mechanics, player behavior, and the overall gaming industry
* The ability to design and deliver engaging processes and activities that enable dialogue, learning, and action among community members is crucial
* Active on gaming social media such as Discord, Twitch, YouTube, etc.
* Experience with overall gaming PC technology and hardware with AI solutions
* Experience running industry gaming benchmarks
* Familiarity with different game launchers, AAA games, and beyond
* Capability to build a gaming PC from scratch
* Strong knowledge of AI on PC
* Familiarity with PC gaming accessories
* Excellent communication skills in English
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
