An Internship Non Disclosure Agreement (NDA) is a legal document that interns sign to agree not to disclose or share confidential information they learn during their internship. This agreement helps protect the company's trade secrets, client data, and proprietary information. It typically outlines what constitutes confidential information, the intern’s responsibilities, and the consequences of violating the agreement.
