Entry-Level Die Maker (Paid Training Provided)

Stafford Cutting Dies (DFC Manufacturing Group)
Start a Skilled Trade Career - No Experience Needed
Stafford Cutting Dies is hiring individuals who are mechanically inclined and eager to learn. If you enjoy working with your hands, building things, and learning new skills, we will train you.
What You'll Learn
  • How to build and repair cutting dies used in manufacturing
  • How to safely use tools and equipment
  • How to read basic production instructions and drawings
  • How to inspect products for quality and accuracy
What You'll Do (After Training)
  • Cut, bend, and install steel rule into die boards
  • Assist with building and repairing dies
  • Check work for accuracy and quality
  • Support production teams as needed
  • Maintain a clean and safe workspace
What We're Looking For
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Mechanical aptitude (comfortable using tools or willing to learn)
  • Ability to read tape measure to 1/32"
  • Strong work ethic and reliability
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to stand, lift, and perform physical work
Nice to Have (Not Required)
  • Manufacturing, warehouse, or hands-on experience
  • Trade school or vocational training
