  • Spot recurring issues and system gaps and help resolve them—formal QA experience is welcome but not required; we’ll teach you our standards.
What you bring:
  • 1-2 years of experience in digital marketing, product management, website management, or technology.
  • Overall strong curiosity and interest in growing understanding of project management, product development, and digital platform operations.
  • Experience using a CMS, website builder, or similar digital platform is preferred. Familiarity with HTML/CSS is a plus.
  • Demonstrated interest in technology, digital products, websites, apps, or online platforms through work, coursework, internships, or personal projects.
  • Ability to learn new technologies quickly and adapt to evolving digital platforms.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a methodical approach to identifying and resolving issues.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills; able to work effectively across teams while advocating for quality and accuracy.
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics or an interest in learning digital analytics. Google Analytics Certification a plus.
  • Experience livestreaming content preferred.
  • Familiarity with classical repertoire a plus.
Why you’ll love working here:
  • A competitive salary of $53,000 - $60,000
  • Excellent medical, dental and vision benefits
