Job Summary:

The Seasonal Band Instrument Repair Technician is responsible for the maintenance and repair services of band and orchestral instruments during our busy rental season. 

Supervisory Responsibilities:

  • None

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Perform regular maintenance and repair on company owned rental instruments.
  • Evaluate and repair customer & school-owned instruments.
  • Maintain company equipment and work space in good order.
  • Performs additional duties as needed.

  • Physical Functions: Standing required 65% of the time. Walking required 15% of the time. Sitting and lifting required 10% of the time, respectively. The person in this role must be able to lift up to 25 lbs.
  • Language Skills: Must be able to speak, read, write, and comprehend English

Education & Experience: 

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred.
  • 1.5+ years of relevant work experience required.
  • Pass bench test that shows seasoned competency in repair.

Physical Requirements:

  • Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds regularly.
