Responsibilities

• Help maintain data accuracy and reporting metrics

Sales Automation & Lead Nurturing

• Assist in designing and implementing automated email sequencing campaigns
• Support lead nurturing strategies that move prospects through the sales funnel
• Analyze campaign effectiveness and recommend process improvements
• Leverage AI-powered tools to personalize customer communications and improve outreach efficiency

Client Relationship Management

• Support customer engagement and relationship-building initiatives
