• Assist in the collection of specimens and prepare samples for thorough testing as needed.
• Ensure meticulous documentation of all processes, provide training to new staff or interns, and help uphold the highest quality standards in the laboratory.

Education Qualification

• Possession of a Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science or a comparable allied health qualification, ideally with ASCP/AMT certification preparation.

Certifications

• ASCP or AMT certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) must be attained within the first year of employment.
• Maintain current certification for the duration of employment.
