What You Will Do:

  • Guidehouse has an exciting opportunity for a Sr Microsoft Dynamics and Power Platform Developer to support our client's Case Management systems.
  • Work with the technical team to design and deliver case management solutions within required timelines, identifying risks and mitigating them during the design phase.
  • Be responsible for high-quality project outcomes and collaborate closely with the client, Project Leads, Architects, and Business Analysts.
  • Gather technical requirements and propose solutions based on client architectural and business needs.
  • Contribute to Dynamics CRM implementations through all project phases, including discovery, definition, build, test, and deploy.
  • Participate in data-centric discussions with the client through discovery meetings.
  • Translate concepts into user flows, wireframes, system diagrams, and prototypes.
  • Develop integrations and customizations to Dynamics CRM.
  • Design and support the system architecture process to create, define specifications for, and implement customizations for custom code or data migration requirements.
  • Conduct tailored demonstrations of the technology solution.
  • Refine project specifications and develop technical solution designs and implementation plans for the Dynamics 365 solution.
  • Enhance the efficiency of the development, testing, and release process; develop tools and frameworks to ensure robust and high-quality delivery of Dynamics 365 implementations.
  • Document technical risks and issues and actively work to avoid, mitigate, and resolve risks and technical debt.
  • Travel to multiple customer locations for demos and meetings when required.

What You Will Need:

  • US Citizenship is required for this role.
  • Requires a University Degree.
  • Minimum of FOUR (4) years of professional experience.
  • Minimum of TWO (2) years of experience implementing and managing CRM solutions at an enterprise level (Microsoft Dynamics CRM / Dynamics 365).
  • Selected candidate must be able to work in a hybrid environment.
  • Experience evaluating, designing, and implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 business solutions, often working on-site to help customers deploy their solutions.
  • Experience translating technical information into easy-to-understand business concepts.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Great interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate effectively.
  • Experience developing and deploying business applications using Microsoft's Dynamics Power Platform.
  • Must be able to OBTAIN and MAINTAIN a "PUBLIC TRUST". Candidates with an ACTIVE PUBLIC TRUST or SUITABILITY are preferred.
