Summary of Job Duties:
Perform general carpentry work, including framing, decking, siding, and finishing carpentry.
Install, repair, and replace roofing systems (shingles, metal, flat roofs, etc.).
Measure, cut, and shape materials according to specifications.
Inspect roofs and structures for damage and recommend repairs.
Install flashing, gutters, and related roofing components.
Follow blueprints, building plans, and safety regulations
Maintain tools, equipment, and clean job sites
Communicate effectively with clients and team members
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as a carpenter and/or roofer (3+ years preferred)
  • Strong knowledge of roofing systems and carpentry techniques
  • Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
  • Proficient with hand and power tools
  • Ability to work at heights and in various weather conditions
  • Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
OSHA certification (preferred but not required)
Physical Requirements
Ability to lift 50+ pounds
Comfortable climbing ladders and working on rooftops
Ability to stand, bend, kneel, and work for extended periods
