  • Market Research & Strategic Support: Conduct comprehensive keyword research and audience segmentation analysis to bolster campaign strategy. Support the development of marketing strategies for new client programs by researching market trends, competitive landscapes, and contributing data-backed recommendations for campaign planning.
  • Reporting & Insights Generation: Generate and prepare routine performance reports and dashboards using tools like Google Analytics and Looker Studio. Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights and articulate findings effectively to both internal teams and clients.

  • Tracking & Measurement Integrity: Configure and manage conversion tracking and tagging via Google Tag Manager (GTM) and platform pixels to ensure precise measurement of all campaign activities. Proactively troubleshoot tracking discrepancies and validate data integrity for accurate reporting.
  • Continuous Learning & Innovation: Stay abreast of the latest digital marketing innovations, platform updates (e.g., Google Ads features, social media ad functionalities, algorithm changes), and industry best practices. Proactively test emerging features or strategies and share valuable insights with the team to foster continuous improvement in campaign outcomes.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Experience: 2-3 years of experience in digital marketing. Recent graduates with strong, relevant internships in paid media are highly encouraged to apply. Hands-on experience with paid search or paid social campaigns is strongly preferred.
  • Platform Proficiency: Familiarity with managing campaigns on Google Ads, Facebook/Meta Ads Manager, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager. A foundational understanding of best practices for each channel is a plus.
  • Analytics & Tools: Practical experience utilizing Google Analytics for website traffic and campaign performance analysis. Exposure to creating reports or dashboards in Looker Studio (Google Data Studio). Familiarity with Google Tag Manager (GTM) for tag implementation and pixel deployment.
