Tu Reto: Serás el responsable técnico y operativo de nuestros proyectos en la región Sur. No estarás sentado; estarás garantizando que la ejecución sea fiel al diseño.
Lo que harás día a día:
- Supervisión Técnica: Interpretar planos complejos y asegurar que la brigada ejecute con precisión milimétrica.
- Liderazgo de Seguridad: Ser el "Campeón de Seguridad" en sitio. Cero accidentes es la meta.
- Gestión de Recursos: Controlar el inventario y rendimiento en obra.
- Reporte de Avance: Mantener a la oficina central informada con datos reales del campo.
Perfil del Candidato Ideal:
- Local: Residente del Área Metro con disponibilidad de viajar.
- Técnico: Graduado de Ingeniería Civil, Tecnología de la Construcción o afines.
- Líder: Capacidad demostrada para supervisar personal y contratistas.
- Equipado: Auto propio y dominio de herramientas digitales (Google Drive/Docs).
