The Job

We are currently recruiting for an entry-level Medical Device Sales Specialist to develop new sales pipelines and close new businesses in business-to-business sales. This position will collaborate with various departments and upper management to achieve sales goals and create new strategies. With a base salary plus commissions and bonus opportunities, there is high earning potential available. Our ideal candidate is able to develop lasting relationships, is very outgoing, and is able to use analysis and logic to evaluate sales and marketing metrics. What You Will Be Doing as a Medical Device Sales Specialist:

  • Set targets for sales and estimate or quote prices, credit or contract terms, warranties, and delivery
  • Consult with clients after sales or contract signings to resolve problems and to provide support
  • Collaborate with marketing departments and prepare common strategies and recommend products to customers, based on specific clients' needs and interests
  • Monitor competition, follow current developments, analyze market trends, and calculate business trends and sales rates
  • Report on monthly and quarter sales numbers and marketing metrics
  • Prospect for new customers in your target segments, identify selling possibilities, and evaluate customer needs
  • Expand business development into new clients and prospects for business through cold calling, networking, and social media platforms
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations on products and services and represent the company at various exhibitions or conferences
  • Negotiate deals and handle frequent reviews of sales progress and targeted growth by assessing the financial data
  • Develop and maintain profitable partnerships with key stakeholders
