Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Cardiac Sonographer to join a growing diagnostic imaging team. This role offers the opportunity to work across diverse environments, including hospital, clinic, and mobile settings, while delivering high-quality cardiac imaging services focused on excellent patient care.
Responsibilities:
  • Perform high-quality transthoracic echocardiograms (TTE) and transesophageal echocardiograms (TEE) under physician direction
  • Acquire, optimize, and analyze cardiac ultrasound images with strong attention to quality and patient safety
  • Prepare and process studies for interpretation by cardiologists and radiologists, ensuring accurate labeling and documentation
  • Operate and maintain ultrasound equipment, including calibration, quality control, and routine troubleshooting
  • Perform vascular ultrasound studies as needed (e.g., carotid and peripheral vascular exams)
  • Support cross-training, mentorship, and onboarding of junior staff or new graduates
Qualifications and Requirements:
  • ARDMS, CCI, or ARRT credential in Adult Echocardiography
  • Strong knowledge of cardiac anatomy, physiology, and Doppler techniques
  • Ability to optimize imaging and troubleshoot ultrasound equipment
  • Excellent communication skills, professionalism, and patient-focused approach
  • Willingness to work in hospital, clinic, and mobile settings and travel locally as needed
  • Experience performing TEE
  • Vascular ultrasound experience (preferred, not required)
  • New graduates encouraged to apply with appropriate clinical training or internship experience
