This newly created role was established due to significant company growth and will focus on building customer relationships, educating users on new platform capabilities, increasing product utilization, and serving as a trusted resource for clients. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator who enjoys working with customers, learning new technologies, and helping organizations maximize the value of software solutions while contributing to the growth of a high-performing Customer Success team.
Required Skills & Experience
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • Experience in Customer Success, SaaS, Technical Support, Technical Account Management, Healthcare Technology, or a related customer-facing role.
  • Strong verbal communication skills and confidence conducting customer conversations via phone and video conferencing.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain trusted customer relationships.
  • Excellent organizational, prioritization, and time management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple customer accounts and requests simultaneously.
