Job Title: Manufacturing / Assembly Operator (Medical Device)

Pay Rate: $17.50/hr
Shift: Monday – Thursday, 3:00 PM – 1:00 AM (2nd Shift)


Interview Type: In-person

Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Manufacturing/Assembly Operator to support the production of medical devices. This role involves assembly, testing, inspection, and packaging activities while following established procedures and quality standards in a manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform assembly, fabrication, testing, and packaging of medical devices
  • Operate and set up production equipment as required
  • Perform basic maintenance and troubleshooting of equipment
  • Conduct quality inspections in accordance with specifications
  • Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and quality guidelines
  • Use basic measurement tools (e.g., microscopes) as needed
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment
  • Rotate between tasks and support different production areas as needed

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent (preferred, not required)
  • 0–1 year of manufacturing or assembly experience
  • Ability to read, write, and understand instructions in English
