a variety of spring internship positions. Take advantage of on the

Job Description

Develop business plans for the Aparecio Foundation in regards to the following areas: training, development, fundraising, marketing, community partnership, and recruitment.

Establish goals for the foundation and communicate action plans to reach set goals.

Analyze impact of business plans and implement best practices.

Evaluate whether or not business goals have been reached.

Consult with other Board members about effectiveness of strategies. 

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree.

Experience in Business Administration, Business Management, or a related area.

Strong organization skills.

Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Leadership ability.

Keen attention to detail 

Passion for women's education and economic opportunities.
