The successful candidate will lead the optimization of this printing platform, characterize the fundamental reaction kinetics, and validate its translation into high-impact energy and medical applications. Candidates preferably hold a Ph.D. in Materials Science, Polymer Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, or a related field, backed by a strong track record of first-author publications. This role requires hands-on expertise in vat photopolymerization 3D printing (SLA/DLP), custom resin formulation, and nanoscale characterization techniques like SEM. A deep understanding of polymer chemistry-specifically photopolymerization kinetics, polymerization-induced phase separation (PIPS), or dynamic covalent chemistry-is essential. Ideally, the preferred candidate will also bring experience in 3D printer customization, software/hardware integration, and CAD modeling skills.
