What do we offer?

The GMT program offers a 10-month rotational experience designed to immerse you in variousfacets, providing hands-on experiencesacross our core business areas.

As you progress,you'llrotate through our front-lineBrewery, Sales, and Logistics teams, gaining exposure to different operational sites, including,brewery locations,warehouse facilities,ourTorontoheadquarters, and other localized sites. Each rotation includes immersive job shadowing whereyou'lllearn about specificprograms andprocesses, whileworkingonstrategic business projectsto prepare you for your first placement.

Following the program, you will continue tobuildyourLabattjourneywith placementtypically inaFrontlineSales or Supply Chain team, based on your interestsand business needs.

• One-weekGlobal onboarding, held in St. Louis MO, connecting you with otherGMT'sfrom countries around the world.

• Experiential learning opportunities, for example, the opportunity to become aCicerone(certified beer expert)and2-day immersive leadership development training.

• Exposure to senior leadership, including Labatt's President,through networking opportunities and project presentations.

• Living stipend to supportyou throughout the program.

• Participate innew graduatespecific events andactivities.

Requirements:

• Bachelor'sdegree in Engineering, Business,Sciencesor a related field

• Must have graduated from an undergraduate degree in the last 2 years; 2025, 2026oranticipatedgraduation no later than September 2027.

• Must be mobile and open to relocation to experiencedifferent functionsand locations acrossCanada

• No formal work experience isrequired.Previousinternship experience is a plus.

• Eligible to work inCanada

• Bilingualism is anasset
