The Machine Learning Engineer II role is part of the Technology Team, whichย is responsible forย providing industry-leading machine learning-based tools or processes to the Company, which provide a competitive advantage and eciency. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to build intelligent systems that solve real-world problems using machine learning, deep learning, and data science techniques.ย 
What You'll Do:
  • Design, deploy, ne-tune, and evaluate large language models (LLMs); developย eectiveย prompting strategies toย optimizeย performance for various business use cases.ย 

  • Improve data quality by cleaning the company's data and sourcing information from new data sources.ย 

  • Use machine learning/ deep learning to enhance and automate processes in Lessen proprietary tools.ย 

  • Translate business problems into scalable AI/ML solutions, particularly using LLMs, in areasย 

  • such as copilot systems, intelligent voice assistants, and work order processing optimization.ย 

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with teams to develop, rene, and scale data-driven procedures and workows.ย 

  • Foster a positive team environment.ย 

  • Ensure condentiality and integrity of internal and external data.ย 

  • Perform ad-hoc projects and other duties as assigned.ย 

You Should Have:
ย 
Minimum Qualificationsย 
ย 
  • PhDย orย Master'sย degree in Math, Physics, Statistics, Computer Science, or other related eldsย 

  • 1-3 years of experience as a data scientist, working closely within a businessย 

  • Strong mathematical and statistical skillsย 

  • Programming Languages: SQL, Pythonย 

  • Understanding of ETL tools and database architectureย 

  • Familiarity withย pytorch, pandas and cloudย platform like AWS,ย Azureย and GCPย 

  • Prompt engineering experienceย 

  • Experience using a machine learning frameworkย e.g.ย scikit-learn,ย pytorchย or similarย 

  • Experience withย a statisticalย software (e.g.ย R, SAS)ย 

  • Experience with natural language processingย 

  • Advanced knowledge of Data Warehousing and BI best practicesย 

  • Experience with big data tools such as Spark, Hadoop, etc.ย 

  • Experience with Tableau or Supersetย ย
