Build and manage external partnerships with universities, military organizations, and other programs to create sustainable talent pipelines and strengthen Lowe's external brand presence.
Oversee internship and fellowship programs to ensure strong candidate experience, conversion rates, and business impact.
Establish scalable processes, tools, and technologies to support high-volume and strategic hiring needs while leading process improvements that enhance recruiting efficiency.
Partner across HRBPs, business leaders, DEI, marketing, community relations, government affairs, and Talent Acquisition teams to ensure an aligned and seamless talent attraction approach.
