The Talent Acquisition Specialist executes full-cycle recruitment, employer branding, community engagement, and recruitment marketing initiatives established by Human Resources leadership. What You’ll Do: Precision in Action

Talent Acquisition·

  • Execute full-cycle recruitment for hourly, technical, professional, and salaried positions.
  • Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, networking, and community partnerships.
  • Screen applicants, conduct phone interviews, coordinate interviews, and manage the hiring process from requisition through offer.
  • Maintain candidate pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
  • Deliver an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Maintain applicant tracking system data and recruiting metrics.
  • Maintain recruiting records, applicant tracking system data, and recruiting reports.
  • Ensure recruiting activities comply with employment laws and company policies.

  • Execute the employer branding strategy developed by Human Resources leadership.
  • Create recruiting content across LinkedIn and other approved platforms.
