Director – Integrated Cloud Consulting – AI Lead and Delivery Factory

We are seeking a highly qualified individual to spearhead ensuring all aspects of our design and build leverage AI and a sustainable delivery construct. The goal is to raise our sales, revenue and brand by providing more relevant and combined solutions to upmarket clients. The cloud professional services market is widely projected to double over 5 years, giving RSM an unprecedented opportunity to grow revenue.

Core Responsibilities
  • Lead AI strategy and delivery within the Integrated Cloud practice.
  • Work with service line leaders to unify delivery capabilities with relation to cross-service IC delivery.
  • Develop repeatable solutions and assets to analyze client infrastructure, create cloud migration roadmaps and execute deliverables.
  • Design, implement and support delivery of internal IP. Understand common cloud deployment models (private, public, hybrid) including platform types (IaaS, SaaS, PaaS) and emerging AI toolsets.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or graduate degree and 10+ years of related work experience.
  • Ability to communicate effectively, both in writing and verbally.
  • Ability to interact effectively with internal and external resources at all organizational levels.
  • Strong critical thinking and problem‑solving skills.
  • Must be a team player; able to work in virtual teams and independently.
  • Willingness and ability to travel.
  • Strong financial and business acumen, and ability to speak about technology in the language of business.
  • Curiosity about business and technology; motivated with a desire to learn.
  • Strong Knowledge of one of the following industries would be advantageous: Financial Services, Technology, Manufacturing, Energy.
Technical Experience
  • Application Modernization and Migration: Strong understanding of cloud‑native, modern and legacy application portfolios and experience with migration strategies.
  • Cloud Platform Expertise: Able to articulate cloud strategy and understand existing client architectures and propose new or improved solutions across platforms. Knowledge of Azure, AWS, GCP or OCI would be useful.
  • Infrastructure and Architecture: Strong foundation with on‑premises infrastructure, data center strategy and operations.
  • AI, Automation and DevSecOps: Understanding of CI/CD pipelines, configuration management, observability and DevSecOps practices. Strong foundation with the latest LLM models, code creation and management, artifact creation. Understanding of latest news and positions of various AI vendors, experts and other commentators. Hands‑on experience using one or more of CoPilot, ChatGPT, Gemini, Anthropic and other related AI platforms.

Compensation Range: $134,000 - $269,000. Individuals selected for this role will be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on firm and individual performance.
