Support action tracking, schedules, and risk registers Assist with Stage Gate documentation and governance materials Coordinate meetings, minutes, and followups with contractors and consultants Maintain project controls, trackers, and reporting dashboards Support interface management across signalling projects, ETCS, GTCS, and Onboard teams Support the coordination and management of project-related tasks Contribute to the planning and development of projects Perform administrative tasks such as preparing and reviewing invoices, estimates, scheduling meetings, etc.
