As a Technical Product Owner, you will lead the charge in driving innovation within our Advisory practice, focusing on software and product development. You will be at the forefront of creating cutting-edge solutions that meet engagement team needs and enhance their business operations. As a Senior Associate, you will leverage your problem-solving skills and critical thinking to navigate complex challenges and build meaningful engagement team relationships. You will also guide and mentor junior team members, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages growth and development.

Responsibilities
Lead software engineering initiatives within the product portfolio, aligning delivery to product strategy.
Negotiate scope, timelines, and resources while proactively identifying and mitigating risk.
Analyze business requirements and improve business process experience, aligning solutions to strategic objectives.
Drive cross-functional definition and prioritization of product features and requirements.
Guide the product lifecycle end to end using established development methodologies.
Translate engagement team needs into actionable roadmaps and technical plans.
Conduct business requirements analysis to inform solution design and process improvements.
Contribute to scalable software solutions using languages such as Java, Python, and C++.
Own project planning, including estimation, commitments, and timeline management.

Embed CI/CD practices to streamline development and deployment.
Support enterprise architecture, microservices integration, and issue resolution to maintain performance and scalability.
What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree or, in lieu of a degree, demonstrating in addition to the minimum years of experience required for the role, three years of specialized training and/or progressively responsible work experience in Engineering Product Management for each missing year of college is required
- At least 10 years of experience
What Sets You Apart
Proficiency with project management tools such as JIRA and Microsoft Project to drive disciplined execution.
Financial and operational acumen, including budget management, resource planning, and oversight of multiple concurrent initiatives.
Advanced proficiency in Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies, along with having completed PMP and/or CSM certifications.
Experience applying Acceptance Test Driven Development (ATDD) and CI/CD practices to enhance software quality and accelerate delivery.
Working knowledge of Java, Python, and C++ to guide effectively engineering discussions and solution design.
Understanding of API management and microservices architecture to support scalable, interoperable platforms.

The salary range for this position is: $95,000 - $106,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
