Orion Innovation is a premier, award-winning, global business and technology services firm. Orion delivers game-changing business transformation and product development rooted in digital strategy, experience design, and engineering, with a unique combination of agility, scale, and maturity. We work with a wide range of clients across many industries including financial services, professional services, telecommunications and media, consumer products, automotive, industrial automation, professional sports and entertainment, life sciences, ecommerce, and education.

Summary

This role serves as the Web Delivery Lead within the Global Digital Engagement Platforms team, responsible for leading the end-to-end delivery of enterprise websites built on the Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) platform. The ideal candidate combines strong delivery management capabilities with hands-on technical proficiency in Python, AI/ML model integration, and prompt engineering to drive next-generation digital experiences.

You will lead a cross-functional delivery team across global markets, ensuring websites are launched on time, within scope, and aligned with brand, compliance, and accessibility standards. Beyond traditional delivery leadership, this role demands a builder's mindsetโ€”someone who can architect automation solutions, train and fine-tune AI models for content operations, and embed intelligent capabilities into the web delivery lifecycle.

This is a unique opportunity to sit at the intersection of delivery excellence, platform engineering, and AI innovation, shaping how the company engages patients, healthcare professionals, and caregivers through its global web channel.

Responsibilities:Delivery Leadership & Governance
  • Lead end-to-end delivery of AEM-based websites across global markets, managing timelines, risks, and stakeholder expectations.
  • Define and enforce delivery standards including intake workflows, QA processes, and go-live readiness criteria.
  • Manage and mentor a distributed team of developers, content authors, and QA specialists.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory, accessibility (WCAG/EAA), cookie consent, and governance requirements.
AEM Platform Expertise
  • Maintain hands-on expertise across AEM Sites, Assets and Cloud Service.
  • Guide the team on component development, template design, content fragment modeling, and multi-site management.
  • Support adoption of headless CMS capabilities, GraphQL APIs, and omnichannel content delivery.
Python, AI/ML & Prompt Engineering
  • Develop and maintain Python-based automation scripts and tools to streamline website setup, content migration, metadata enrichment, QA validation, and reporting workflows.
  • Design, train, and fine-tune AI/ML models for web delivery use cases, including:
    • Automated content tagging and classification
    • Intelligent content generation and summarization for web pages
    • Predictive analytics for website performance and user engagement
    • Image and asset optimization using computer vision models
  • Lead prompt engineering initiativesโ€”crafting, testing, and optimizing prompts for large language models (LLMs) to support:
    • Automated generation of web copy, meta descriptions, and SEO content
    • AI-assisted MLR submission package preparation
    • Conversational AI and chatbot build for company web properties
    • Intelligent content review and compliance pre-screening
  • Build and operationalize AI-powered workflows within the AEM ecosystem, integrating with APIs from OpenAI, Azure AI, AWS Bedrock, or similar platforms.
  • Evaluate emerging AI tools and frameworks, prototype innovative solutions, and present business cases for adoption.
  • Establish prompt libraries, model evaluation benchmarks, and AI governance standards for the web delivery team.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; 2โ€“3+ years in web delivery/digital platforms.
  • AEM platform expertise โ€” AEM Sites, Cloud Service, Java, OSGi, JCR, JavaScript, Content Fragments.
  • Python (3.x) proficiency โ€” automation scripting, API integrations, and ML model development using TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Hugging Face.
  • AI/ML & prompt engineering โ€” experience with LLMs (GPT, Claude, LLaMA), prompt optimization, model fine-tuning, RAG patterns, and vector databases.
  • Proven ability to lead globally distributed, cross-functional teams in agile environments with strong stakeholder communication.
  • Working knowledge of Adobe Experience Cloud, cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), and DevOps tooling (CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Familiarity with CDN, DNS, WAF, cookie consent, web accessibility (WCAG/EAA), and pharma/life sciences compliance requirements.
  • Experience with NLP, personalization algorithms, semantic search, and ability to evaluate and build business cases for emerging AI technologies
