Position: HR Coordinator
Location: Nashville, TN

Requirements:
  • Experience in Administrative, Education, Corporate Training, or Human Resource background
  • Experience working with personnel and confidential information
  • Computer Skills - excellent computer skills required. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel, CDM, Adobe Acrobat and other specific applications.
  • Effective communication skills both verbally and in writing with superiors, colleagues, clients, and individuals inside and outside the Company.
  • Must be a forward thinker with good preplanning skills.
  • Effective problem-solving skills.
  • Effective in a team environment and adaptable.
  • Organizational skills required.
  • Two (2) - four (4) years of Administrative Experience preferably in the commercial construction field
  • Associate degree in business is preferred. High School diploma (or equivalent) is required.
Primary Duties:
  • Responsible for the paperwork, training, and onboarding of new hires
  • Launching background/drug testing and request technology
  • Communications with hiring managers and first day schedule for new hires
  • Assisting in scheduling, organizing accommodations, charges, and paperwork for Career Fairs and Internship program
  • Coordinating Corporate Initiatives and Training Goals such as OSHA-30, Healthcheck 360, and open enrollment
  • Division Initiatives & Administrative Assistance
  • Maintains schedules, correspondence, and logs receipts for Director
  • Shares Employee Engagement Committee responsibilities with Office Manager
