  • Have a significant amount of experience with web engineering (frontend/backend, JavaScript/NoSQL/Node.js/Ruby/Python): we primarily use these technologies and we want to use our expertise to help you grow
  • Bonus software engineering skills: Objective-C, Java, C++
  • Work well as part of a flat, distributed team: sometimes leading, sometimes following, sometimes hacking
  • Have great communication skills: a good techincal writer who is articulate
