You'll also learn about quality control protocols, data management, and laboratory safety standards. Collaboration with experienced embryologists and other fertility clinic staff will help you develop both technical and communication skills. While direct manipulation of gametes or embryos may be limited for interns, you'll gain valuable exposure to cutting-edge reproductive technologies and best laboratory practices.
