About the Role:

The Supervisor of the IVF Lab plays a critical role in overseeing the daily operations of the laboratory, ensuring that all procedures are conducted in compliance with industry standards and regulations. This position is responsible for managing a team of laboratory technicians and scientists, fostering a collaborative environment that promotes high-quality work and innovation. The supervisor will report to the lab director. Ultimately, the supervisor's leadership will directly impact the success of the IVF program and the satisfaction of patients seeking reproductive assistance.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Biology, Chemistry or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in an IVF laboratory setting, with a minimum of 2 years in a supervisory role.
  • Strong knowledge of laboratory regulations and quality control standards.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • TS license preferred

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operations of the IVF laboratory, ensuring compliance with all regulatory standards.
  • Manage and mentor laboratory staff, providing training and support to enhance their skills and performance.
