Management InternshipBy joining our team as a Management Intern, you will gain a comprehensive, hands-on view of what it takes to manage a successful car wash operation. This structured internship program is designed to provide real-world experience in leadership, customer service, and business operations while preparing you for a future management role.Internship Timeline & StructureFull-Time Internship: 6-month programPart-Time Internship: 8-month program (minimum 24 hours per week)The program is intentionally paced to allow both full-time and part-time interns to progress through the same core training and leadership milestones, with additional time allotted for part-time schedules.Program OverviewDuring the initial phase of the internship, you will:Work in an outdoor, fast-paced environmentLearn to interact with customers and team membersReceive hands-on training in daily car wash operationsSupport customer service and site-level operational needsWork closely with the management team to understand key business processesAs you progress through the program, you will gain exposure to:Workforce management and schedulingBusiness planning, strategy, and performance trackingFinancial fundamentals related to site operationsDecision-making and problem-solving in a high-volume environmentAdvanced Training & Leadership DevelopmentBy the second half of the internship (aligned to your full-time or part-time timeline), you will:Take on increased leadership responsibility at your assigned siteParticipate in training and financial reviewsBegin making operational decisions alongside your management teamMentor, train, and develop team membersPractice managing performance, accountability, and customer experienceBy the end of the internship, Management Interns are expected to demonstrate readiness for a leadership role by successfully managing staff, supporting site performance, and upholding company standards.QUALIFICATIONSA current student within 24 months of earning a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field, or a recent graduate within the last 6 monthsPart-Time interns must work a minimum of 24 hours per weekSelf-motivated with a drive to achieve resultsStrong attention to detail and commitment to accuracyCollaborative and team-oriented mindsetIntegrity and honestyAbility to manage a diverse staff in a fast-paced, high-volume environmentEffective communication and conflict management skillsExcellent customer service skillsReliable, proactive, and a strong problem solverReliable transportation to multiple locations in the Baton Rouge areaBENEFITSGenerous and competitive payPaid Time Off – 40 hours per yearTuition Reimbursement up to $1,000 per semester (must average 20+ hours/week)Promotion and advancement opportunitiesMedical, dental, vision, and supplemental insurance packages (Full-Time interns)We are hiring both Full-Time and Part-Time Management Interns.Note: This is not an administrative or office-based position.
